The money questions.
What happens when my resumes for the month run out?
The allowance starts again on the 1st. Or move up a plan the same day and keep submitting; nothing you have already finished is ever held back, on any plan.
What does canceling cost me?
Nothing. A plan stops the same day you cancel it, and the unused time you already paid for is refunded to your card. No contract, no minimum term, no retention call.
Is candidate data safe on a paid plan?
Resumes are used to produce your formatted document and then deleted. Never trained on, never shared with another agency, never sold. A data-processing agreement is available on request.
There are tools at under a dollar a resume. Why this?
Several save you time on the formatting, and some do it well. What they hand back still carries the candidate’s phone number, and most hand you a template editor to wrestle with. This strips every identifier, puts every resume in one house style on your own letterhead, so a client reading your tenth submittal recognizes it as yours.
What those minutes are already costing you.
Every resume reformatted by hand is desk time you are paying for already. Run your own numbers; the plan that fits your volume picks itself.
That is 63 resumes a month, at five days a week. It sets the plan below.
Whatever the hour really costs you, loaded. We do not assume one.
Of first-year salary. Set it to what you actually charge.
$100,000 at 20%: the fee every contact is stripped to protect.
Every figure is built from the numbers you set. We do not assume an industry average, a benchmark or a rate; the only figure we supply is the price of the plan.
Candidate data is deleted after formatting. Never trained on, never shared with another agency, never sold. A data-processing agreement is available, and full deletion is yours or a candidate’s on request: the whole policy in full.
